Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Loaf pan

Steps
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, water, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill loaf pan: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake: Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let cool before slicing and serving.
