Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  2. 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup sour cream
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  6. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  7. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  10. 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until well combined.
  3. Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  4. Serve: Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
