Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

- Mixing bowl
- Wooden spoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Add Parmesan: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- Serve: Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
