Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish

Steps
- Whisk eggs and milk: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook mushrooms: Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour egg mixture: Pour egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook omelette: Cook until the edges start to set, then sprinkle goat cheese over half of the omelette. Fold the omelette in half and cook until fully set.
- Serve: Slide onto a plate and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
