Ingredients

  1. 4 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade naan, pita, or lavash)
  2. 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  3. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  7. Any pizza toppings (Pepperoni, Black Olives, Sausage, etc)

  3. Measuring cups
  4. Oven

Steps

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Assemble the Pizzas: Spread a thin, even layer of marinara or pizza sauce over each flatbread. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by Parmesan cheese. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder for extra flavor.
  4. Bake: Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, or red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
