  2. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Lemon wedges for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. Make glaze: In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Glaze salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Brush the Dijon glaze over the salmon, coating each fillet evenly.
