Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving

Steps
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
- Make glaze: In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Glaze salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Brush the Dijon glaze over the salmon, coating each fillet evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
