We wanted to take a moment to connect with you Dollar Recipe Club viewers and share some exciting updates.
This past November, Dollar Recipe Club celebrated its first birthday! It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since we started this journey together. Thank you for being part of our community and making this milestone possible. It truly has been a fun adventure thus far, and we couldn’t be more excited to share what we’ve been… cooking. (Pun absolutely intended)
Fresh and New Features, Just for You
Over this past year, we’ve learned a lot about how you most enjoy viewing and experiencing recipes. You’ve given us feedback on what you like, and what you’d like to see improved upon. We’ve been hard at work improving your cooking experience, and we’re thrilled to introduce some new features to the site:
Improved Search Bar – Now as you type, you’ll see a dropdown list of the most popular recipes that fit what you’re searching for, then be taken directly to the recipe search results.
Smart Filters – Filters can now be combined with other filters. For example, you can search for chicken recipes and then add filters to find a gluten-free, beginner-friendly lunch recipe that takes 30 minutes or less to cook.
Ingredient Checkboxes – The ingredients section now has checkboxes that allow you to check off items you’ve already used or create grocery lists.
Recipe Notes – Our newest addition! Now you can add your own personal notes to any recipe and view them whenever you return. Perfect for noting something new each time you cook that recipe, such as, “I liked the spice level but my kids wanted it spicier, next time I will add more spice for them.”
Giving Back Together – Thank You, All!
As part of our mission statement we donate 10% of our profits to local non profit organizations whose mission is to help feed people who cannot provide food for themselves. We’re proud to share that Dollar Recipe Club donated over $500 this year to nonprofit organizations working to feed people in need. This is thanks to you – without you this would not be possible. So, thank you for continuing to cook with us and to help feed people in our local communities.

2026 and Beyond – Dollar Recipe Club
We are always thinking of new ideas and how we can make this the best recipe website for our members. As we head into 2026, we’re planning to roll out even more features and continue expanding our recipe library. Stay tuned for exciting updates in the new year!
