  8. 1/2 tsp ginger
  9. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  10. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  11. 2 large eggs
  12. 1/4 cup water
  13. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, water, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill loaf pan: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake: Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
